Begin with the end in mind
Was feeling quite lazy, and wanted to skip the workout part yesterday.
But, knowing that this would just perpetuate, and I'll just grow into a fat roll, I decided to just go for it. A little bit of exercise is better than none.
I've observed that I often begin with the end in mind - one of Stephen Covey's habits for effective pple. I began with the thought of what food to eat at the end of my workout. I was thinking of the frog legs, and raw fish near Montfort, and then remembered that there's this western stall that I would like to try, and decided to end with a STEAK DINNER.
But, i've read that red meats is not really good. And already, I take pork rather indiscriminately, I've since tried to not take beef as and when I like. Suppose to eat something like only 1 red meat per week. How impossible is that?! That would mean eating chicken and fish for all meals for 6.5 days. That's so difficult. So, I told myself, how hard I workout would determine what dinner I have.
In the end, I had grilled fish, with mash and garden salad.
I guess, that says how hard I worked huh?
