New rules
Got a bad headache last weekend. Throbbing headache. Crippling headache. Can't do much. Can't even sleep in peace.
It was so bad, I actually could feel my body's fatigue from the headache...dunno accumulated or aggravated by the headache. Well, I did stop exercise for about a month, but in the past two weeks that's sort of picked up, so in terms of fitness level, I should be okay. Or maybe I'm just consoling myself.
I think more likely the culprit is that I've been keeping late nights, around 1 am each night. Not very good. That translates to me being perpetually late for work. Also not a good testimony.
Hence, decided to set two new rules.
(1) Drink only one cup of coffee a day. [Concession - can drink up to two cups on class days]
(2) New bedtime: 12 mn.
(1) is suppose to address the problem of headaches and bad pms. (2) is suppose to address the root problem of not sleeping earlier, hence needing to drink coffee, thus leading to bad headaches. I don't forsee problems with (1), but (2)....difficult.

haha my mom said if u sleep by 10pm.. u are guaranteed to look younger and kill less brain cells (quote aunty kwa).. so does that motivate you to sleep earlier??
Or maybe if u sleep by midnight... rewards urself a nice coffee from starbucks or coffeebean the next day! Hehehehe good deal? Of course get ur the other half to reward u if u want to make the deal sweeter. LOL!
